While apartment complexes or condos have traditionally smaller commercial pools, cleaning is very important based on the amount of people that swim in them. One of the major decision makers for people deciding on a place to live is the amenities such as the swimming pool which must be crystal clear and inviting.
Our Chrono 100 is smaller, but can clean any pool up to 30 x 60 in size within 4 hours time. We also suggest the Chrono 200 or 300 for larger pools up to 100,000 gallons or junior Olympic size. The Chrono 200 is powered by Jet propulsion which is lightweight and reliable considering it uses less than 2 moving parts to operate. The Chrono 300 is equipped with wall climbing feature which allows the user to choose between a thorough wall/floor scrubbing and just a floor cleaning. The Chrono 300 comes with an easy to maneuver stainless steel cart allowing the user to keep the cable and transformer nice and neat and to easily transport the cleaner to and from the storage facility.
Aquatron cleaners can pick up all types of debris. The 2 micron bag can filter smaller debris such as sand, hair, organics, and algae all the way up to larger debris such as leaves, rocks, or branches.
A robotic cleaner and can be handled on-site by any staff. That department does not have to be APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals) certified to take care of any robot. There is no supervision required while the robot is in operation. That staff can perform other ground duties around the facility, covering an entire pool either overnight or during the early mornings. Managing the product in-house creates an alternative instead of out-sourcing a pool cleaning service which is costly and means you have to rely on another business. These cleaners will provide significant cost savings for the owner/renter’s by not inflating association or HOA fees.
With the economy remaining a very important issue on everybody’s mind, the swimming pool becomes even a more popular amenity. Why not has a clean pool to display to help fill that void?
